Our Work

We represent multiple client entities. Once we are done with a design and client job, our clients are free to change their sites at will. In some cases those sites may not look exactly how they were intended or initially designed. Also in some cases we may not represent those clients any longer. Our work is represented on our site at the time our design had been completed. We are not responsible for changes after the fact unless we make the modifications ourselves.

Negative Comments/Representation

Because we are a professional organization, we do not represent other clients in a bad light; however, there are times when clients feel a designer(s) may not do the job they expect for whatever reason. We ask that all new potential customers please take this into consideration when asking for a quote and references which will be provided happily upon request.

Payment Policies

We adhere to a strict “no refund, no chargeback” policy. All sales are “final”. Payments are in full unless other arrangements are made. Payments are accepted by credit card or check only with client signature on contract and credit card slip.

Interspire Partner Licensing

Because we are partners for Interspire software, we purchase that licensing under our Partner Agreement. Per that partner agreement we own the software until and if the client re-purchases the software from either us or Interspire. We are under no obligation to turn this software over. This is an Interspire Policy and they “do” stand behind their partners. This partner policy in no way affects or has anything to do with Big Commerce partner status.

We are “still” BigCommerce “Resellers”. We “are” Interspire Partners. Being Interspire Partners, there is no chain of command. As designers move on, so do companies. We have recently expanded our business to include other cart platforms. This in no way is a reflection of negativity to or from BigCommerce.
